SBA has published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Affiliation and Lending Criteria for the SBA Business Loan Programs.
The Notice will affect both the 7(a) and 504 loan programs.
Please take the time to read the Notice in the Federal Register at this link.
We encourage you to make comments by Dec. 27, 2022.
