Optimizing Opportunities in October with four weeks of value-filled events for small businesses that are curious about manufacturing, incentives, grants, and money saving strategies with nationally known topic experts for small businesses in Virginia!
Week four’s events cover relevant ways ALL small businesses can make a difference on their bottom-line and save! As we all know, it is very expensive to recover after a business has been hacked. We start the week with cyber hygiene. Tuesday’s event, we will dive into financial waste and what to do. The Women’s Business Center at ODU with the premier research center in Virginia, as part of Women in Business Month, will present Effective Research for small business. Thursday’s presentation, mergers, teaming agreements and joint ventures can be powerful ways to assist businesses with growth. Our business vehicles keep us running and Friday, we will cover 11 ways to save on vehicle and fuel costs with nationally known expert, The Car Coach. You will be able to apply these tips to your vehicle and ask questions…you will be glad you attended!
