✔ Disaster Recovery Centers (DRC)

Visit a federal-state Disaster Recovery Center for in-person disaster recovery assistance.

• No appointment is necessary.
• All services are free of charge.
• U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) representatives will be available to assist business owners and residents at disaster recovery centers with SBA disaster loan information, the application process, and complete their electronic SBA loan application.
• Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) representatives will be available to assist business owners and residents.
• The New Mexico SBDC (Small Business Development Centers) is a certified SBA Resource Partner. They will be on-site to assist New Mexico business owners or contact a center near you at nmsbdc.org.
• Other federal and state agencies may be on-site as well.

❗ Important

DRCs are available to those who need in-person assistance with the application process, do not have access to a computer/internet, have questions or issues, or are unsure where to begin.

Applicants can start the process online (see the FEMA and SBA disaster assistance links above). If assistance is needed during the process, the SBA online application can be saved, and the applicant can visit a DRC in person for help or contact SBA Customer Service at 1-800-659-2955 or email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov. For assistance with the FEMA application, call 1-800-621-3362.
