SBA MICHIGAN District Office Seeks Nominations for the National Small Business Week 2023
SBA Michigan Office is currently accepting nominations for the 2023 National and District Small Business Week Awards, including the annual Small Business Person of the Year Award for businesses and organizations across Michigan.
ALL nominations are due by 3pm EST 12/8/22
Visit the SBA’s dedicated website at www.sba.gov/nsbw to download forms, criteria, and guidelines for submitting a nomination. The Michigan District Nomination Guidelines and district awards categories can be found on the district’s website at www.sba.gov/district/michigan.
The SBA Awards given in celebration of National and District Small Business Week include the following awards:
National and Michigan District Small Business Week Categories:
- Small Business person of the year award
- Exporter of the year award
- Women Business Center of the year excellence award
- SBDC excellence and innovation award
- 8(a) Graduate of the year award
“As we continue to recover from the pandemic, National Small Business Week (NSBW) is even more significant, and the SBA Michigan District Office wants to continue to celebrate the achievements over this past year by recognizing the resilience and contributions of America’s entrepreneurs and small business owners,” said Laketa Henderson, Michigan District Director.
Nomination Guidelines & Forms:
The Michigan District Office must receive all nominations by electronic submission ONLY to the District’s BOX account no later 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on December 8, 2022.
