Opening remarks for each session will be made by Kristina Pindell, Director of the Burkburnett Chamber of Commerce to include the importance of local chamber membership for small business owners everywhere.

Special thanks to the Burkburnett Chamber of Commerce for hosting this special series, open to all who want to attend virtually at no cost.  Chamber membership is not required to attend either or both webinars.

“Money Grab”, November 18, 2022, 1:30 pm

It costs money to start and run a business.  Funding is one of the first – and most important – financial choices most business owners make.  How you choose to fund your business could affect how you structure and run your business.  If you have already opened your business, you especially need to think about where your funding for operations will come from.  Learn about the various forms of funding and decide where you want to start your search.

“Write Your Business Plan, December 8, 2022, 12:00 noon

Your business plan is the foundation of your business.  Learn how to write a business plan quickly and efficiently with a business plan template, and what lenders and investors will want to see.  This will set the tone of how a future funder will see you, and you want it to be realistic and convincing.
