Every entrepreneur should look at the legal and tax implications of each of the types of available entities. If organizing a business with a single owner there are specific issues that should be considered.
If organizing as a multi member ownership, there are other legal and tax implications. The more information one obtains, the better their chances are of selecting the best of the options for their situation.
